Joyce was the absolute best to work with. She felt like a long time friend by the time we got our house, and it took us just over a month to find it and close on it thanks to her help! She takes the time to listen to what you’re looking for and she gives guidance so that you end up where you want to be and not having buyers remorse. She is a champion and works to get everything that you could possibly want or need in your contract and in the house you pick. She was also always so sweet with our kids, that each time we got a phone call from her they also wanted to speak with her. She is more than a realtor, she really felt like family by the end of the process. We will definitely work with her any time we need a realtor.

An agent that would go the extra mile, explain the Florida purchase process, explain how bank financing for Destin required an understanding of the market, anticipate question, provide the information we need for inspections, insurance, property managers and financing before we thought about it or asked for it. Joyce was that agent and more. She took us though our purchase step by step; from locating a property to closing on time, in less than a month. We have bought and sold several properties over the years. Joyce by far was the best agent we have every had.

10/10 !She sold my house this past August and then I had issues at my apartment complex so contacted her to buy again. She got my 4 month old and I into another house within 30 days. I am now 26 and own my second home. She's also quick and responsive. She will email you every step of the way too which helped with my mom brain.
